Processing Times

Custom or personalised items (such as photo magnets, favours, and gift boxes) may require additional production time. We’ll provide an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout or by email.
Delivery within New Zealand

Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days once your order has been dispatched.

Rural or remote addresses may take longer.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping

At this stage, we only ship within New Zealand. If you’d like to arrange international delivery, please contact us via the message portal and we’ll do our best to assist.

Delays
